Holy Crap! No it can’t be??.

I weighed.  Okay I know I shouldn’t have weighed because it’s evening, i’ve just eaten and i’m dressed in Jeans and a Jumper… but surely I can’t seriously be 16 stone 10???????

I must admit, I am very gutted. I’m going to weigh again in the morning…  And i’ve decided I’m going to do the weight watchers kick start plan which is 22 points a day for 2 weeks since I am over 14 stone.  So 22 points a day starting tomorrow. Here goes nothing!!! WAAHHHH :(
