Going well so far….

Just got back from the gym.. that was quite a workout! I did an hour on various cardio machines but I must admit I was struggling for the last 10 minutes! This morning was really hard – the boyfriend decided it would be nice for him to have crossiants for breakfast – warmed up in the oven. The smell was soo good – I normally buy “healthy living” ones for me, if there is such a thing.. but I just got out of the house as fast as I could and got down the gym.

Its quite odd going every day – you see the same faces pretty much daily.. and I actually know some of the guys that go there that were on my university course. It’s nice from a social aspect as well as a health one. I am a little happier than I was this morning too. I’m not hungry, I have no side effects and I have actually been to the toilet! I didn’t quite get to the part in the book that recommends buying some weird powder type stuff that acts as fibre in the diet and add it to the smoothies… which was supposed to aid toilet breaks so I ordered it yesterday but of course it hasn’t arrived yet.
