2nd Juice Down!.
I’ve just finished making my 2nd juice for today… This one is called “Super Chute Juice” and has some more weird and wonderful ingredients. I had to omit two of them though (raw beetroot and courgette) because I couldnt find them in store. This juice consists of apples, carrot, celery, watercress, parsley, spinach, cucumber, brocolli, alfalfa sprouts, lemon and ginger. The consistancy of this juice is a little thinner than the last, and it is bright green! It looks like an uncleaned pond with all the frothy stuff on the top!
I actually don’t mind it though! I’m sat here drinking it whilst my evil boyfriend is sitting in the living room munching on doritos and dip – he is so supportive as you can tell! It isn’t bothering me though because I know I am doing my body good by doing this inside and out! I NEVER eat this much fruit and veg in one week let alone one day! I absolutely hate celery and spinach too but drinking it isn’t a problem!
Tonight there are two more juices I’m supposed to have, although it says if i’m not hungry not to have them. If I do, I’ll let you know how they go down!
I was planning on going and looking for the wedding outfit again this afternoon but I have so much work today after a late start back from the gym that I think I’ll leave it until later in the week. Another bonus with this juicing is that it takes so little time to make breakfast, lunch and dinner!
